Inspection & Estimate

The first step to any roofing project is to inspect the site to determine what you need. With advances in technology, Castle Rock Roofing contractors can often save you time and money by using remote systems to determine the scope of your project to provide a bid without even having to visit your home or business location. Simply take some photos, let us know if you are running the project through insurance, and we’ll provide you with an estimate for your project and a timeline for completion. Once you are comfortable with the plan, we’ll get started.

Tear-off & Dry-in

Once you are happy with our estimate and timeline, we’ll get your materials ordered, delivered and staged where they are not in your way, and our team will start the tear off process to get your roof ready for replacement. If we find any unexpected problems, we’ll communicate our recommendations with you and work through solutions. We wrap up every project each day “dried in” – ensuring that you and your possessions are protected from the elements.

Re-roofing & Clean Up

Our team then gets to work with carpentry and roofing solutions to make sure your job is completed quickly and efficiently. We pride ourselves on the quality of our services and cleanliness of our team. We perform an inspection after construction is complete to make sure your new home or business roof is weather-ready and your site is clean.
